From crisp greens and fresh herbs to juicy tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, strawberries and more, we’re growing a diverse selection of fresh produce right here in Manitoba, 365 days a year.
And we’re not stopping at one variety. We’ll grow and compare multiple varieties of many of our crops, alongside a rotating selection of fresh microgreens. Our dedicated R&D growing area lets us continually test new varieties, flavours and crops to discover what grows best in our system and what our customers love most.
As we learn, our harvest will grow too. Expect familiar favourites, new varieties and a few surprises along the way.

Our growing plan combines everyday favourites with exciting varieties you may not always find at the grocery store. What’s available will change as crops rotate, new varieties are tested and our harvest grows.

Our R&D Grow Room
Some of Our Best Crops Haven’t Been Discovered Yet.
Our dedicated R&D grow room gives us the freedom to experiment. We’ll test different crop varieties, growing conditions and techniques to find what performs best in our vertical hydroponic system.
That means comparing varieties for flavour, quality, yield and consistency, while exploring crops that aren’t typically grown indoors.
The best performers can graduate from R&D into regular production, giving our customers new varieties and locally grown options over time.

Harvested young and packed with colour and flavour, microgreens are one of the freshest ways to add something extra to everyday meals.
We’ll grow a rotating selection of varieties such as broccoli, radish, pea shoots, sunflower and other specialty greens, harvested fresh right here in Manitoba.
Because microgreens grow separately from our vertical grow walls, we can keep them in regular rotation alongside our larger crops and continue experimenting with new varieties.
